Anleck acquisition and MCB resource
On 4 February 2021 Celsius completed the Anleck asset acquisition. Its January 2021 MCB maiden resource estimate established a project baseline.
Five annual reports cover years ended 30 June 2021–2025. Tables use each year’s contemporaneous group statement, with comparative re-presentation explicitly marked. Reported dollars are not currency converted.
Reading the tables: 0 (nil) is a supported zero. Other text distinguishes an amount included in another line, a non-applicable item, a separately unavailable component and an unresolved value. These are not interchangeable. Period-specific detail is labelled; complete year-by-year detail remains available.
Includes discontinued operations; not the parent-attributable amount.

Celsius remained an exploration and development company across five June year ends. Its financial statements show recurring group losses and operating cash outflows. The FY2024 and FY2025 income statements distinguish continuing and discontinued operations, and the FY2024 balance sheet introduces disposal groups held for sale.
Cash at 30 June 2025 rose alongside financing receipts and a non-current borrowing. The directors identified a material uncertainty over going concern in FY2025 and described expected post-year-end funding and disposal proceeds. Those expectations are management statements, not realized FY2025 cash flows.
On 4 February 2021 Celsius completed the Anleck asset acquisition. Its January 2021 MCB maiden resource estimate established a project baseline.
The Sagay subsidiary received a two-year exploration permit on 11 August 2021. The annual report also describes disruption and six-month extensions for MCB and Sagay.
Celsius listed on AIM on 30 January 2023 and raised GBP 2.4 million before costs.
The Philippine affiliate received the MCB mining permit; April 2024 AIM placement and Silvercorp subscription supported further funding.
A September 2024 Patras placement and a March 2025 ASX placement added equity funding. FY2025 cash flows also show loan proceeds.
The group loss widened after FY2021. FY2024 and FY2025 include material discontinued-operation losses, so the continuing subtotal must be read separately from the group total.

FY2021–FY2023 group totals are from the contemporaneous income statements. The FY2023 continuing/discontinued split is the FY2024 annual report comparative; it is not added to the FY2023 original total a second time.
FY2024–FY2025 group total includes the non-controlling interest. Parent attributable loss is a separate row. Loss before tax changes to a continuing-operations subtotal in FY2024, so it is not one unbroken trend.
The reports label earlier statement currency as $; no foreign-exchange conversion is applied.
FY2021–FY2022 continuing/discontinued components remain unquantified within the combined group loss; no component is presumed nil.

The 2025 statement shows higher year-end cash, non-current borrowings and a smaller net asset balance than FY2024. Net current assets include held-for-sale assets in both years.

Net current assets are calculated from the two displayed statement totals. FY2024 and FY2025 include held-for-sale assets and related liabilities, so a narrower working-capital schedule produces a different subtotal.
FY2025 assets held for sale include the disposal group. Exploration and evaluation is a balance-sheet asset, distinct from period cash payments.
FY2023/2024 extracted net assets can differ by A$1 from issuer narrative due to source presentation; statement rows are retained here.

Operating cash flow was negative throughout. The FY2021 statement classifies exploration payments in operations, whereas later statements place them in investing; the cash-flow detail keeps that boundary visible.

The FY2023 original extraction gives 33,678,678 for exploration cash payment while the same statement reports total investing outflow 5,232,519. The FY2024 annual report comparative gives 3,678,678; that later comparative is the displayed figure and the original conflict remains in the change log.
FY2021 exploration payment is displayed separately under its original operating classification. It is not summed into FY2021 investing outflow.
The all-classifications exploration cash-payment row uses the original operating line in FY2021 and the investing line thereafter; it is a comparison row, not an addition to either cash-flow subtotal.
