Sigatoka resource update
The updated estimate was published on 5 November 2020 and included a new Kulukulu South indicated resource.
A five-year review of Dome Gold Mines' consolidated statutory statements, funding and Fiji exploration assets. Financial tables use Australian dollars unless a row states cents, shares, Mt or mineral grade. The Sigatoka resource table is a dated estimate, not a five-year operating series.
Reading the tables: 0 (nil) is a supported zero. Other text distinguishes an amount included in another line, a non-applicable item, a separately unavailable component and an unresolved value. These are not interchangeable. Period-specific detail is labelled; complete year-by-year detail remains available.
Year ended 30 June 2025; includes A$2.24m impairment.
Consolidated cash at 30 June 2025.
Carrying value after FY2025 Ono Island impairment.
Net cash used in operating activities.
Dome remained an exploration and evaluation group without external mining-project sales in the selected years. The FY2021 segment note did record A$50,000 of external corporate revenue, identified in Note 4 as a government cash-boost grant. Statutory losses and cash outflows were funded principally through share issuance and, in later years, borrowing. Exploration and evaluation expenditure made up most consolidated assets; the FY2023 Nadrau and FY2025 Ono Island impairments changed the carrying amount while management continued to prioritise Sigatoka.
The FY2022 capital raise lifted year-end cash, which then fell to A$996 at 30 June 2024 and recovered to A$569,500 at 30 June 2025 after further financing. The auditors described a material uncertainty related to going concern; that paragraph did not modify the FY2023 and FY2025 opinions. The balance sheet, cash statement and dated project events below give the detail.
The updated estimate was published on 5 November 2020 and included a new Kulukulu South indicated resource.
A Kulukulu South bulk sample underwent pilot-plant processing; DFS management was engaged in November 2021.
The group impaired SPL1452 after an initial renewal rejection and recorded an A$890,329 E&E impairment.
Management submitted the final draft Sigatoka environmental impact assessment for government review.
A$2,240,857 was impaired against SPL1451 while the Sigatoka DFS remained the priority.
From FY2022, other income is largely finance income. FY2021's segment note instead includes A$50,000 external corporate revenue from a government grant; neither classification is mining-project sales. The FY2023 and FY2025 losses include distinct E&E impairments, which also appear in the operating-cash reconciliation.

The FY2021 segment note reports A$50,000 external corporate revenue, and Note 4 identifies a A$50,000 government cash-boost grant within other income; the Ironsand and Gold segments show no external revenue. Later years show nil consolidated external revenue. Do not add the segment-note row to other income.
Expenses and losses use parentheses.
Operating loss is a subtotal separately presented in FY2021–FY2022. EPS is in Australian cents per share.
Share-based payments, debt-settlement loss and impairment are shown only where separately presented on the selected face statement.

Capitalised exploration and evaluation is the dominant asset. Borrowings declined in FY2025, while year-end cash remained small relative to the capitalised project balance. The liquidity note measures financial obligations on a narrower basis than total balance-sheet liabilities.

For FY2021 the source's maturity rows can exceed its carrying total because contractual payments and carrying values are different bases. The FY2022 lease note gives nil total FY2021 lease liabilities, supporting the nil FY2021 lease carrying amount shown here.

FY2021–FY2022 share-issue proceeds are presented net of costs. FY2023 is shown using the later FY2024 report's gross comparative proceeds (A$456,000) and separate A$50,620 cash issue costs; the original FY2023 report showed net A$405,380. FY2024–FY2025 also show gross proceeds and separate cash issue costs. Do not compare the proceeds row alone as a consistent gross series.
Exploration cash payments are investing flows in the statement. They are distinct from E&E additions on an accrual basis.
FY2025 income tax paid is shown separately below; earlier selected cash-flow rows did not present that line separately.
Outflows use parentheses. The reconciliation from opening to closing cash includes exchange differences.
FY2021–FY2023 deposit/advance, bond-release and disposal components are retained so their investing subtotals reconcile; later face statements do not present these lines separately.

Cash share-issue proceeds in FY2021–FY2022 are net of issue costs. FY2023 uses the gross A$456,000 comparative shown in the FY2024 report, paired with A$50,620 cash issue costs in the cash-flow table; its original FY2023 presentation was net A$405,380. FY2024–FY2025 are gross.
Issued-capital transaction costs are accrual/equity movements and need not equal cash issue costs in the same year.
The share-based payment row is an intra-equity reclassification, not a cash outflow. Ordinary shares are counts, not AUD amounts.
The FY2023 share count is supported by the opening FY2024 count in the later FY2025 Note 17 table.
